使用語法
Usage: /sbin/wondershaper [device] clean|[upload speed in Kb/s] [download speed in Kb/s]
Example: /sbin/wondershaper eth0 20 500

例如，如果要限制上傳1024Kb/s , 下載2048Kb/s
wondershaper ens192 1024 2048

但實際測試結果，圖形有點怪，上下傳相反，數字也打折了
